Welcome to my personal website!
My name is Maiara Rodrigues, I am a QA professional with a touch of backend development experience.
Here you will find a bit about me, my projects, my studies, and some posts about technology.
About Me Link to heading
I am a curious person, excited to learn new things, and always motivated to fight for social justice and equality. I believe technology can be a powerful tool to help transform the world, and that’s why I strive to study and contribute to projects that have a positive impact on society.
I also enjoy working in teams, learning from others, and having genuine exchanges. For me, sharing knowledge, learning and teaching, and the diversity of ideas and experiences are fundamental for growth—whether in an individual context or within a team. This strengthens us and helps us evolve.
Technology Link to heading
I graduated in 2019 and have been working in the technology field since my university days, focusing on software quality, backend development, and test automation.
Currently, I work as a QA, managing manual and automated tests, and starting in the observability field. I am also responsible for creating and maintaining my team’s process and test documentation, as well as actively participating in test planning and execution, ensuring the quality of deliverables. It’s worth mentioning that I am currently working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, assisting the team and learning a lot about the digital marketing field, including customer communications and helping to create personalized and segmented campaigns.
I am also involved in the tech community, writing articles and speaking at events. I have had the opportunity to speak at events like TDC, and I am currently a member of Cantinho das QAs, a community aimed at sharing knowledge and experiences among women in the software quality field.
Volunteering Link to heading
As I mentioned, I like to get involved in projects that help society. I believe this drives me.
In my history, there are some social initiatives, such as volunteering at Lar dos Velhinhos de Campinas or digital inclusion projects like Reprograma, where I was a student in a tech educators training program, a volunteer mentor, and later a teacher.
Additionally, I am a volunteer at ADPList, an online mentoring platform where I help people develop their careers in the tech field.
Lastly, I occasionally volunteer at CEAK, an organization I attend, where I contribute with donations and social actions.
